PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS
Registration and payment for short courses
When you register for a short course, you will be charged a deposit of 500 DKK. After that, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your registration. Your registration is only finalised once the deposit is paid. Registration is binding, and the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Approximately 4 weeks before the course starts, we will send you a detailed course program by email, along with an invoice for the remaining balance. If you cancel the registration less than 6 weeks before the start of the course, you will not be able to receive a refund of thecourse fee you have paid.
We encourage you to take out cancellation insurance with your own insurance company in case of illness.
How do we live?
You will be accommodated in a single, double or triple room on either "Bjerget", "Bakken" or "Dalen" - which is our 3 living wings. There's a kitchen and a large spacious living room in each living area, and all rooms are furnished with box spring mattresses, desks and wardrobes. Our shower and toilet facilities are newly renovated in all three wings. They are located so that there is easy access from the room. The bathrooms all have a separate toilet and you share a bathroom with a maximum of 5 people.
The residential wings are cozily decorated in a summer house/folk high school style, with beautiful nature right outside the window. A linen package (bed linen + 2 towels) can be rented from the school for 100 DKK.
