Mentoring scheme: If you are a Danish citizen, between 171/2 and 25 years old and you don't have a youth-education, then you can join the mentor scheme and receive financial support for your folk high school stay.

Unemployment benefits: If you are under 25 years of age, a danish citizen, and receiving unemployment benefits, you can go to a folk high school with your unemployment benefits within the first 6 months of unemployment. 

Other financial support: Skolen har en elevfond, hvor der er muligt at søge om økonomisk støtte til højskoleopholdet. Kontakt Ida Storm tel. 26369815 for mere information.

* Det der kommer ud over prisen:

• Når du tilmelder dig højskolen er der et tilmeldingsgebyr på 1.500 kr. som en del af  tilmeldingsgebyret, får du en højskolehoodie og højskolesangbogen når dit ophold begynder. Du er først tilmeldt dit højskoleophold når gebyret er betalt. Gebyret refunderes ikke ved framelding.
• There is a room deposit of DKK 135€ which you get back when the room is handed over in good condition at the end of your stay.
• Study trip Studieturen koster 4500kr. derudover skal man have ca. 1500kr. til mad/lommepenge til studietur.  
• If you cancel your high school stay, you will pay 4 weeks of tuition fees in addition to the week you unsubscribe. If the stay is interrupted, the joint study trip will also be paid.
• If you want a single room, there is a supplement of 40€ a week.
• Expenses for materials depend on which courses you take, but are on average approx. 13,50€ per month.
• When you're on study trip, your room on the folk high school can be used for other activities on the school.
