Create Your Own Music and Develop Your Unique Sound 

Dreaming of writing songs, producing beats, or recording your own music? At Højskolen Mors, you can immerse yourself in music production and songwriting in a creative folk high school environment where community, music, and personal development go hand in hand.

In this course, we work with both modern music production and traditional songwriting. You will learn how to develop ideas into finished productions—from the first chords and lyrics to recording, production, and mixing.

Whether you are a beginner or already have experience with music, you will have the opportunity to develop your creative skills and find your own sound as an artist, producer, or songwriter.

Music Production in Professional Software

At Højskolen Mors, we work with digital music production in popular DAW programs (Digital Audio Workstations).

You can, among other things, work in:

• Ableton Live
• Logic Pro
• Studio One

You will have 24-hour access to the school’s music studio, allowing you to experiment, produce, and record music whenever inspiration strikes. We work with electronic music, acoustic music, and hybrid productions, giving you the opportunity to explore different genres and forms of expression.
