There is no greater joy than to see something you have sown grow up. We establish a kitchen garden, learn about herbs, fruits and vegetables. We have to cook from what we can harvest, we have to make must from the school's apple trees and brew beer. We are going to cook over a fire and in the outdoor kitchen. We work closely with the folk high school's kitchen.
