Crossgym is an energetic folk high school course at Højskolen Mors, where you get effective and varied training focused on strength, fitness, and the joy of movement. Through functional training, we work the entire body and develop muscular strength, endurance, and body control.

The classes combine bodyweight training, free weights, and functional exercises that are adapted to your level. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will experience progression through a focus on technique, intensity, and personal development.
